Our hiatus is over! BMR is currently accepting submissions for the following categories:

* Workspace photographs
I'll be publishing a story a month for the next year or so, and will close our reading period when sufficient submissions have been accepted. I regret that the volume of submissions I receive won't allow me to respond to everyone--I'll generally be writing you a note if your story is accepted only. If you haven't heard from me after 3 months, or if I'm indicating on the site that our submissions have been closed, you can assume I haven't selected your story and can submit it elsewhere.
Note too I prefer short fiction up to 5,000 words, but that's not a strict rule. Submit the full text in the body of your email--no attachments. Please also include a brief bio I can use if I select your story.
I'm also looking for digitial photographs of your writing workspace for an upcoming feature. Send these c/o <'photos (at) thebluemoon.com'>.
