The Blue Moon Review

Small. Quiet. Good.

BMR is no longer publishing

Dear Writers and Readers--

The Blue Moon Review is no longer publishing.

BMR was a tremendous passion for me for many years, but once my kids came along, my time and attention necessarily shifted elsewhere. Rather than continue to stumble along indefinitely, erratically, I'd prefer to close BMR and leave you with a finite site of great work. I'm comforted by the fact that, since BMR and other ezines piloted the medium of online publishing for literary work, a tremendous number of online venues for great fiction and poetry have come along; I do think we're leaving you still in great company, with much more to read at your fingertips--as well as many other outlets for your work. I do hope, too, that you'll dig through our archives and find many things there well worth your time.

Thank you for all your attention, and special thanks to all of BMR's great writers, without whom we'd have had no reason to hang around for twelve years. I wish all of you all the best in your endeavors, literary and otherwise.
